Connect Konnect Research Cloud to Claude in a few simple steps so your team can access brand insights, research workflows, and customer intelligence directly within Claude.
Before starting, make sure you have:
Turn this option off before continuing. Anthropic confirms customer data is not used to train their models.
Click your profile menu in Claude and open Settings.
Inside Settings, open Connectors. Click Add custom connector.
A setup dialog box will appear. This is where you enter the details for Konnect Research Cloud.
Name: Konnect Research Cloud Remote MCP Server URL: <your MCP URL from app.konnectinsights.com/apidetails>
Review the details and click Add.
Konnect Research Cloud will appear in the Connectors list as connected.
Go to Chats, click the + icon, and enable the toggle for Konnect Research Cloud.
Your setup is now complete. Start asking questions related to your brand, customer conversations, and research workflows directly in Claude.

Verify the connector name and MCP server URL, then click Add.
Konnect Research Cloud will appear in the connectors list as connected.
Go to Chats in Claude. Click the + icon and enable the toggle for Konnect Research Cloud.

Connect Konnect Research Cloud to ChatGPT so your team can access brand insights, customer intelligence, and research workflows directly within ChatGPT.
Before starting, make sure you have:
From the left-side menu, click your profile and select Settings.
Inside Settings, navigate to Apps, then open Advanced settings.
Enable Developer mode using the toggle. Note that this allows adding connectors that may modify or erase data permanently.
After enabling Developer mode, click Create App.
Fill in the app creation dialog with the following:
Name: Konnect Research Cloud Description: A short description of what the app does MCP Server URL: <your MCP URL from app.konnectinsights.com/apidetails> Authentication: No Auth (after configuration)
Review the entered details and acknowledge the warning shown for custom MCP servers before proceeding.
Konnect Research Cloud will appear under your apps in ChatGPT.
Create a New Chat, click the + button, and select Konnect Research Cloud to enable it.
Konnect Research Cloud will appear as an active source in the chat composer. Begin asking questions about your brand, customer conversations, and research data directly in ChatGPT.
Your MCP URL is the secure key that connects KRC to any AI platform. Generate it once from your Konnect Insights account.
