Front Office OS

We are not building another application.

We are building the OS.

Your front office runs on the best contact centre, the best CRM, the best marketing automation. Each has its own AI, and none of them share it. The Front Office OS is one intelligence layer above them all that makes every application beneath it smarter, without replacing any of them.

KRC, Konnect Research Cloud, is the first layer of the Front Office OS.

Why are customers leaving us this week?

Customers are leaving over repeat delivery failures, not price.

1

Second-delivery failures doubled this week in two regions.

2

Most churned accounts received a promotion while a complaint was still open.

Promised call-backs were missed on one IVR path.

Recommended: hold promotions for customers with open complaints, and prioritise repeat-delay tickets today.

Why a Front Office OS

Enterprises don't buy one platform. They buy the best platform.

Over the last decade, enterprises made individually rational technology decisions that created a collectively irrational outcome. Each application is excellent at its function. None of them shares intelligence. Adding AI to each one has not fixed this. It has produced smarter silos.

ONE-VENDOR AI

Brilliant, if your entire world is one vendor.

AI built into a single suite works well inside that suite. But it only sees that suite's data, and it asks you to move everything into it.

Everything else has to move in, or stay outside.

ENTERPRISE REALITY

Nobody's is.

Real front offices run the best application for each job. Every one has built AI, and every one will build MCP connections. Someone has to orchestrate them.

A smartphone operating system did not build every app on your phone. It built the layer that made all of them more powerful and more connected. The Front Office OS does the same for the applications your customers never see.

How it works

One interface. Every platform. All the intelligence.

The Front Office OS connects above your existing stack, pulls from every relevant system at once, and gives people one place to ask, act and decide.

What becomes possible

Every leader gets one answer, from every system.

Scenarios marked "Demonstrable today" can be shown now. The rest describe what the Front Office OS makes possible as more applications are connected.

What becomes possible

"Why are customers leaving us this week?"

One answer drawn from every system underneath: complaints, calls, accounts and campaigns, instead of four dashboards and a meeting.

What becomes possible

"Why are we celebrated as a brand, yet customers complain every day?"

Brand love lives in marketing moments; complaints live in transactions. The OS connects both views so the gap has a cause and an owner.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is the Front Office OS?
It is a single intelligence layer that sits above the applications in your front office, such as your contact centre, CRM, marketing automation, field service and chatbots. It connects them, so one question can be answered from all of them and one moment can be handled across all of them. KRC is its first layer.
Do I need to replace my existing tools?
No. The Front Office OS is designed to make the applications you already run smarter, without replacing any of them. You keep the systems your teams rely on.
What is MCP?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI systems connect to applications in a consistent, controlled way. Many platforms are adding MCP support. The Front Office OS uses these connections to work across them.
Which systems can it connect to today?
Orchestration across telephony, a CRM and KonnectFSM can be demonstrated today, alongside Konnect Insights' omni-channel platform. Other systems connect through APIs and webhooks, and further MCP connections are being added. We will map your stack in the requirements call.
How is this different from the AI in my CRM or contact centre?
AI inside one application sees only that application's data. The Front Office OS works across applications, so it can connect a campaign in one system with complaints in another and account value in a third.
Where does my data stay?
Deployments are configured with your security and data requirements in mind. We will walk your IT and security teams through data handling, access controls and hosting options before any pilot.
How do we start?
With a one-hour requirements call. We bring a blueprint for your stack, then run a pilot on two to three live use cases before going live.
How to start

From first call to live, in three steps.

01

Requirements call

One hour. We map your front office stack and bring a blueprint.

02

Pilot

Two to three live use cases, configured and tested with your team.

03

Go live and grow

Configuration, UAT, hypercare and go-live. We stay with you as you connect more.

You don't need vendor lock-in to experience AI.

Keep the applications you rely on. Connect the intelligence across them.
