Konnect Insights Release Note – 9th November 2023

We are thrilled to announce the latest release of Konnect Insights, our Customer Experience Management platform. This release brings valuable enhancements and new features to streamline your operations. Here’s what’s included:

1. Twitter Reply Hide

Take control of your brand’s Twitter interactions with the Twitter Reply Hide feature. Now, you have the ability to hide replies sent by users on Brand tweets directly from Konnect Insights. This ensures a professional online presence while effectively managing your brand’s public conversations.

2. iOS Brand Profile Authentication and Response Management:

Easily handle your brand’s iOS reviews directly on the application by authenticating your iOS profile. Simply add your iOS Issuer ID, Key ID, and upload your Admin Private Key. Once authenticated, you can efficiently respond to IOS reviews from Konnect Insights.

3. Schedule Daily Data Downloads (On Email):

In the Download section of the Monitor Module, you now have the option to schedule data downloads at specific intervals, such as yesterday, the last 7 days, 30 days, 31 days, and current month based on your preferences. Set the date and time for the system to generate, process, and automatically send data dumps via email every day. This streamlined approach makes reporting management more convenient for all stakeholders, those part of Konnect Insights and even those who don’t have the account access.

  1. 4. Buzz Trend Comparison Chart:

In the Widgets section of the dashboard module, discover the insightful Buzz Trend Comparison Chart. This chart empowers you to compare the current month’s buzz/volume with the previous year’s month. By understanding trends and patterns, you can make data-driven decisions, refine your marketing strategies, and enhance customer engagement effectively.

5. Additional Info and Custom Info Field FRT Chart:

Explore the enhanced capabilities in the Widgets section with the Additional Info and Custom Info Field FRT Chart. This feature enables you to calculate First Response Time (FRT) based on additional info or custom fields added to brand accounts.

For example, if your brand has multiple zones or specific customer segments, this chart will help you calculate FRT basis any such Additional or Custom Fields which could be different zones, projects etc., ensuring tailored and comprehensive response management reports.

6. CRM Rights Enhancements:

Experience a more refined approach to CRM role settings. Unlike the current single CRM role, the enhanced role settings display separate roles such as Assigned, Follow-Up, Resolved, Closed, Work in Progress (WIP). This detailed categorization allows for precise allocation of roles to different users, optimizing CRM operations and improving response times. Customizing roles according to specific tasks ensures a streamlined workflow and exceptional customer service.

7. Facebook Comment Delete Prompt:

With the latest FB comment delete prompt feature, stay informed and save time. Now, if an agent tries to respond to a customer’s Facebook comment ticket that has been deleted from the source, a pop-up message will appear, preventing them from sending a reply to a non-existent comment. When attempting to reply through the “Reply box” on the ticket, the box will open, however a pop-up will notify the agent that the comment has been deleted, ensuring the reply doesn’t go through.

10. LinkedIn Feed Targeting:

Navigation: Publish> Compose new post> LinkedIn

11. Comments on LinkedIn Tagged Posts Now Available:

Comments on LinkedIn posts that are tagged will now be captured. This feature is available upon request only as it brings in very irrelevant data and consumes mentions. Any user who tags the brand will have their comments captured accordingly. Brands interested in enabling this feature for their profiles may request it to be activated.

12. Publish Tweet for Super Followers:

(Note: Twitter Super Follows allow creators to share subscriber-only content with their followers on Twitter)

    Verified Twitter brands can now utilize this functionality to effectively share content exclusively with their “Super Followers.” This feature grants you the ability to publish a tweet visible only to your super followers. In the “Compose Post” section of the Publish Module, beneath the draft box, you’ll find a checkbox enabling you to specify whether you wish to publish the tweet exclusively for your super followers.

    12. Set Custom Date for Custom Reports:

    In addition to the date range filter applied at the top of the dashboard for sorting data in Custom Report charts, you can now add custom dates individually on various custom charts within a dashboard. This enables you to have a comparative custom report view, offering more flexibility in analyzing data across different charts.

    13. Instagram Fans Demographics Chart:

    Gain deeper insights into the demographics of your Instagram fans with the latest analytics chart. This new chart provides the count of male and female fans for your brand account within various age groups, ranging from 13-17, 18-24, 25-35, and beyond.

    14. Platform Summary Chart:

    This chart consolidates various metrics, including total reach, impressions, engagement, avg engagement and followers across all your brand’s channels into a single, comprehensive view. It provides a holistic understanding of your brand’s overall online presence.
