This update brings a host of exciting enhancements across the Publish module, including mandatory multi-approver workflows, LinkedIn Event Posts, Facebook Reel collaboration, and prompt-based content generation using Konnect AI+ . Whether you’re creating engaging social posts or managing complex approval processes, these new capabilities streamline your workflow and elevate your creative potential.
We’ve also introduced real-time translation support, Twitter DM replies, and image tagging on X (Twitter), enabling richer customer interactions and smoother team collaboration. Plus, with the addition of Pinterest and TikTok integrations, your brand can now reach audiences across even more platforms, all from within a single interface.
Behind the scenes, we’ve made key improvements to TAT settings and security features, including encryption for sensitive data fields and SMS-based two-factor authentication, ensuring your data and accounts remain safe while giving you greater control over your workflows.

1. Multi-Language UI Translation
Konnect Insights now supports multi-language user interface (UI) translation, allowing users to switch the platform language to English, Arabic, Spanish, French, or Portuguese. This enhancement improves accessibility and usability for teams operating across diverse regions. All interface elements—such as menus, buttons, reports, dashboards, and settings—can now be viewed in the user’s preferred language, ensuring smoother navigation and a more inclusive experience.
Navigation: My Profile → User Interface Language → Select your preferred language from the dropdown
2. Right-to-Left (RTL) Language Support
Konnect Insights now supports Right-to-Left (RTL) writing alignment for Arabic and other RTL languages, introducing language-specific UI adjustments to ensure a natural and intuitive experience for users working in these languages. This update improves readability, form input alignment, and overall interface navigation, making the platform more accessible and user-friendly for teams across diverse linguistic regions. By incorporating RTL support, Konnect Insights continues to break down communication barriers and empower global brands with truly inclusive tools.
Navigation: Click on My Profile → User Interface Language → Select Arabic.
3. Multiple TAT Settings
Konnect Insights now offers advanced flexibility in managing Turnaround Time (TAT) settings with support for configuring multiple TAT rules across custom date ranges. Users can now define specific TAT policies for different periods, ensuring alignment with seasonal demand, campaign timelines, or team availability. A detailed TAT Record Log is now available, allowing users to track historical configurations by date range, view who created or modified each setting, and understand the applied TAT parameters. This log can also be viewed in a yearly summary format, providing a clear overview of all TAT settings applied throughout the year. These enhancements improve transparency, auditability, and strategic planning for customer support workflows.
You can also add multiple TAT’s in a single day. Maximum upto 3 TAT’s can be configured for the same day.
Navigation: Monitor → Settings → Admin → TAT Settings → Set Date range for settings and click on Save
To view the logs of previously set TAT settings, click on View All TAT Records → Select the date range (For recently set TAT settings)
To view TAT records between years, click on View Year Wise Records → Select the year.
4. TaT Setting Based on User Groups and Time Zones
You can now configure TaT (Turnaround Time) settings based on user groups and their respective time zones.
Example:
If a brand has two support groups:
- India Group operates from 9 AM to 6 PM IST
- UK Group operates from 10 AM to 7 PM GMT
Navigation: Monitor > Users > Set TaT Setting
Configure the TaT by specifying the relevant UserGroupId = ####
5. Prompt based Content Generation Using Konnect AI+
The Publish module now supports prompt-based content generation powered by Konnect AI+. This feature allows users to create both text and image-based social media posts simply by describing what you want in natural language.
Using Konnect AI+ the system interprets user prompts and generates relevant, engaging content suggestions from catchy captions and hashtags to visually appealing image concepts. Whether you’re short on inspiration or looking to speed up your content creation process, this enhancement empowers marketers, creators, and brand managers to produce high-quality posts faster and more efficiently than ever before.
Note: This feature is only available to Clients with Konnect AI+ Plan
Navigation: Publish → Compose a New Post → Click on Konnect AI+ right-side bottom of page → Write your Prompts.

Konnect Insights now offers real-time message translation , allowing agents to instantly translate incoming messages into their preferred language. This enhancement enables seamless communication and efficient resolution across multilingual audiences, breaking down language barriers without compromising response speed or quality. Available directly within the conversation view, this feature supports a wide range of languages and ensures that agents can understand and respond accurately to customer inquiries from around the globe. By integrating real-time translation, Konnect Insights empowers brands to deliver a more inclusive, personalized, and effective support experience.
Navigation: Click on Translate Button → Select the language or enter any other language (90+ Languages Supported)
8. AI-Powered Assessment Views in Quality Assurance
Konnect Insights has introduced AI-powered assessment views in the Quality Assessment (QA) module, transforming how teams evaluate agent performance, ensure compliance, and uphold high customer service standards. This enhancement uses advanced artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) to automatically analyze customer-agent conversations and generate data-driven assessments based on predefined evaluation criteria.
Instead of manually reviewing every interaction, quality analysts can now rely on intelligent, objective insights that enable faster and more accurate evaluations.
How does it work?
- A customer-agent conversation is completed and logged in Konnect Insights.
- The QA team selects the ticket for assessment.
- The system automatically generates an AI-based assessment view, highlighting key aspects of the interaction.
- Analysts can review the AI-generated score, provide manual feedback if needed, and finalize the assessment.
- Scores and insights are stored for reporting, training, and performance tracking.
Navigation: Assessment → Assessment → Apply Filters → Edit Assessment → AI Summary → View Score and Assessment based on defined criteria
9. 2FA via SMS for User login
As part of our ongoing commitment to security and user protection, Konnect Insights now offers optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS for all user profiles. This new feature allows users to add an extra layer of security to their accounts by requiring a one-time verification code sent via text message during login.
By enabling 2FA, brands can significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access and ensure that sensitive data remains secure.
Under User settings the users need to update their Phone number. After the Settings is enabled, while login the individuals will receive verification code via SMS.
Note: This feature is available on Request. Before 2FA can be enabled all the users need to update their Mobile numbers. The 2FA is activated at Account level, If enabled then All users will by default have 2FA enabled.
Navigation: My Profile → Enter Contact number→ Click on Update
10. Twitter Public Tweet - DM Reply
Konnect Insights now enables agents to respond to public mentions on Twitter via Direct Message (DM), offering a more personalized and private channel for customer resolution. This update allows brands to seamlessly transition public conversations to direct communication, ensuring sensitive issues are handled discreetly while maintaining a positive brand image. By providing the option to address concerns privately, teams can deliver faster, more empathetic support, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and engagement. This feature is available directly within the conversation view, making it easy for agents to choose the appropriate response mode with just a click.
11. Hide other profiles while replying
Konnect Insights now introduces a new option that allows brands to hide other brand handles when replying to a mention that tags multiple profiles, ensuring that public responses appear to come directly from a dedicated brand handle. This update helps maintain a consistent and professional brand identity by eliminating clutter and confusion in public conversations.
Navigation: Omni Channel set up → Twitter Profile → C lick on gear Icon → Mapping.

To enhance data security and privacy, Konnect Insights now allows encryption of the Additional Info Field under Classification. Brands can enable encryption by simply toggling the Encryption option for the specific field. Once enabled, the data entered into the Additional Info Field will be encrypted, ensuring that sensitive information remains protected and accessible only to authorized users.
This feature provides an added layer of security, especially for businesses handling confidential customer or operational data.
Navigation: Monitor → Settings → Admin → Classification → Edit Additional Info Field → Toggle “Encryption” to enable
15. CSAT report: Agent-wise no. of CSAT sent
Konnect Insights has enhanced its Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) reporting module with a new feature that tracks how many times each agent sends a Customer Satisfaction Survey to customers. This update provides team leads and managers with actionable insights into agent engagement , feedback outreach efforts, and overall service quality.

16. Pinterest
Konnect Insights now supports Pinterest account integration , allowing brands to seamlessly connect, manage, and publish content directly from within the platform. This new feature empowers marketers and social media teams to streamline their visual content strategy while gaining actionable insights into audience engagement all without switching between tools
Navigation for Setup: Settings → Omnichannel Setup → Profile with login credentials → Pintrest → Click on Connect.
17. Competitor Brand Post Data
Konnect Insights now enriches its competitive analysis capabilities by including competitor posts directly in the Competitor Post Reports. This update enables brands to gain deeper insights into competitor content strategies, audience engagement tactics, and posting trends, all within the same report interface. By analyzing real-time data on competitor posts, including engagement metrics and content themes, users can benchmark performance more effectively and refine their own social media strategies for better market positioning. This enhancement supports smarter decision-making and ensures brands stay ahead in dynamic digital landscapes.
Navigation: Go to sidebar → Download → Select the Template as “Competitor Posts”
18. TikTok
Konnect Insights now offers native integration with TikTok , allowing brands to publish content, fetch comments, and analyze performance metrics directly within the platform . This update empowers marketers, creators, and brand managers to manage their TikTok presence alongside other social channels all from a single, unified interface.
Navigation for Setup: Settings → Omnichannel Setup → Profile with login credentials → TikTok → Click on Connect.
19. New Charts for GMB
Konnect Insights has introduced a suite of new visual reporting charts designed to help brands track and analyze critical customer engagement metrics. These charts provide deeper insights into audience behavior across key interaction points such as reviews, calls-to-action, and direct engagement channels.

20. Multi-Approver Workflow for Content Publishing
Publishing is now restricted until all designated approvers have reviewed and approved the content within the Publish module. This ensures that every post aligns with brand guidelines, messaging standards, and compliance requirements before going live. By enforcing a structured approval workflow, brands can maintain consistency, reduce errors, and uphold content quality across all social channels.

21. LinkedIn Event Posts
Users can now create, manage, and publish LinkedIn Event Posts directly within the Konnect Insights platform, streamlining event promotion and engagement efforts. This enhancement allows brands to efficiently plan and track event-related content alongside their regular social media activities, ensuring consistent messaging and improved audience outreach.
Navigation: Publish → Compose New post → Select Linkedin Profile → Create Event → Post
22. Facebook Reel Collaboration
The Publish module now supports Facebook Reel collaboration, allowing users to tag influencers or public users while posting Reels directly through the Konnect Insights platform. This feature enables brands to co-create and amplify content with collaborators seamlessly.
Note : The maximum supported video size is 8MB
Navigation: Publish → Compose New Post → Select Facebook Profile → Upload Video → Enable “Send as Reels” → Add Collaborator Username
23. YouTube privacy update
While uploading videos to YouTube through the Konnect Insights Publish module, users can now change the video category and select the visibility status as Public, Unlisted, or Private directly during the publishing workflow. This update gives brands more control over how their content is categorized and who can access it, all within the unified Konnect Insights interface.
- Public: The video will be visible to everyone
- Private: The video will be visible only to the publisher
- Unlisted: The video will be visible only to those who have access to the link of the video.
Navigation: Publish → Compose new Post → Select youtube profile → Upload Video → Select either Public, Private, Unlisted Option
24. X (Twitter) Image User Tagging
Konnect Insights now supports user tagging on images for X (formerly Twitter) posts, allowing brands to tag specific users directly within the Publish module. This enhancement simplifies content creation by enabling marketers and social media teams to create more engaging, interactive posts without leaving the platform.
With this feature, you can now upload or select an image, click on specific areas of the visual content, and tag relevant users just like on other major social platforms. These tags appear as clickable mentions in the final published post, driving engagement and expanding reach through shared visibility.
Navigation: Publish → Compose new Post → Select X profile → Add Image → Click on Image Tagging icon (@) → Select the @Username
25. Video Caption for X (Twitter)
The Publish module in Konnect Insights now allows users to add captions directly while uploading videos to X (formerly Twitter). This enhancement enables brands to include descriptive text overlays that improve accessibility, viewer engagement, and message clarity all within the same publishing workflow.
Previously, adding captions required manual editing before upload. Now, brands can easily input or paste caption text during the publishing process, ensuring their video content is more inclusive and impactful without leaving the platform.
Navigation Publish → Compose a New Post → Select X Profile → upload video→ click on Three dots on the video → Select ’Add Caption’ → Upload your SRT file
26. Poll Creation Now Supported for Thread Posts
Konnect Insights now enables users to create polls directly within the Publish module when scheduling or posting content to Threads. This enhancement empowers brands to drive audience interaction, gather opinions, and spark conversations all from within the unified social media management platform.
With this feature, marketers can now compose engaging posts that include interactive poll options (e.g., yes/no, multiple choice, or custom responses), encouraging followers to participate and share their preferences, feedback, or opinions in real time.
Note: The poll will be active for only 24 hours as per the Thread’s native platform.
Navigation: Publish → Compose new Post → Select Thread profile → Click on Create Poll Checkbox → Add Poll options → POST icon
27. AWS Integration for Publishing Asset Management
Media assets are central to your content strategy, and managing them efficiently is crucial for seamless publishing. To support brands with large-scale digital asset needs, Konnect Insights now integrates with Amazon S3, enabling direct access to AWS-hosted media files within the Publish module’s Asset Library.
With this integration, users can:
- Browse and select assets directly from their S3 bucket
- Avoid duplicate uploads to Konnect Insights
- Maintain centralized access to high-volume media libraries
- Eliminate storage constraints and streamline cross-platform asset management
Once the integration is complete, your S3 assets will appear in the Attachment section during post creation.
Navigation to Connect AWS Storage: Settings → All Apps → Search for “Amazon S3” → Click “Connect” → Provide the required details on-screen to initiate integration.

- Access Key
- Secret Key
- Bucket Name
- AWS Region
28. OneDrive Integration for Publishing Asset Management
Konnect Insights introduces OneDrive Integration within the Asset Library of the Publish Module, allowing users to directly connect and access media assets stored in their Microsoft OneDrive accounts. This enhancement enables brands to bypass platform storage limits, streamline digital asset workflows, and efficiently manage content without repetitive uploads or file switching.
Navigation For connecting your OneDrive storage directory:
Settings → All Apps → Search for “OneDrive” → Click on Connect to initiate the request for Integration. It will ask you the sign in details of your Microsoft account.
Once the successful integration is done, you can view it under the additional storage when attaching media for publishing.
