Connect Konnect Research Cloud to Claude in a few simple steps so your team can access brand insights, research workflows, and customer intelligence directly within Claude. For paid Claude users, the setup process includes reviewing privacy settings, adding a custom connector, entering the MCP server URL, enabling the connector in chat, and starting to use it for brand-related queries.

Login
Sign in to Claude
Login to your claude.ai account and open your workspace. The guide begins with the Claude sign-in screen.

Review Privacy Settings
After logging in, go to:

Go To Connectors

Open the Custom connector dialog
After clicking Add Custom Connector, a setup dialog box will appear for connector configuration. This is where you will enter the details for Konnect Research Cloud.

confirm the connection
After setup is complete, Konnect Research Cloud will appear in the Connectors list as connected. The screenshot in the guide shows the connector listed on the Connectors page after configuration.

enable konnect research cloud in chats
Once the connector is connected, go to Chats, click the + icon, and enable the toggle for Konnect Research Cloud. This makes the connector available inside your Claude conversations.

Verify Details and Click Add
Once the values are entered, verify the connector name and MCP server URL, then click Add.

Confirm the Connection
After the connector is added successfully, Konnect Research Cloud will appear in the connectors list as connected.

Enable Konnect Research Cloud in Chat
Next, go to Chats in Claude. Click the + icon and enable the toggle for Konnect Research Cloud so it becomes available during conversations.

Login
Login into ChatGPT

Settings
Open Settings

Navigate
Go to Apps

Enable
Enable Developer mode

Create App
Create a new app
After enabling Developer mode, click Create App . This opens the app creation flow shown in the guide.

Fill in Details

Review
review and confirm
Before creating the app, review the entered details and acknowledge the warning shown for custom MCP servers. The guide includes a checkbox confirming that you understand the risks before proceeding.

Verification

Once the integration is successful, Konnect Research Cloud will appear under your apps in ChatGPT. The PDF shows it listed inside the Apps section after creation.

Enable
Enable Konnect Research Cloud in a New Chat
Create a New Chat, then click the + button on the left side of the chat input area. You will see Konnect Research Cloud listed as an available app. Click it to enable and use it in your conversation.
