Do & Don't

The fastest way to break the brand — and how to stay on track.

✓ Do

Use Poppins for all branded communications — presentations, decks, social, web.
Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of one "K".
Use the two-tone logo (KONNECT in primary, INSIGHTS in dark/white) as default.
Write in active voice — "Konnect Insights unifies your CX" not "CX is unified by..."
Lead with outcomes, not features: "Reduce MTTD by 35%" before "monitor 27 channels".
Use the accent gold sparingly — it's a signal, not a background color.
Apply the enterprise register for product pages; cinematic for AI+ and KRC.

✗ Don't

Never stretch, skew, rotate, or add shadows/effects to the logo.
Never place the logo on a busy background without sufficient contrast or a clear space box.
Never use the accent yellow as a background on large surfaces.
Never use purple, green, or red as brand colors — these are reserved for status only.
Never write generic copy: "end-to-end solution", "best-in-class platform", "seamless experience".
Never use more than 2 font weights in a single design composition.
Never mix the enterprise and cinematic visual registers on the same page.
